Couldn't recommend more for a brief visit

Spacious room, excellent service, with the hosts being attentive and providing helpful recommendations for local attractions, alongside a great breakfast spread that was served in a beautiful rooftop setting with stunning views of the skyline. Additionally, the hotel is located within walking distance from the central station.

the hosts at antica dimora johlea bed & breakfast were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to recommend great places to eat and visit. the rooftop sitting area offered stunning views of the city, perfect for relaxing. the location was ideal, within easy walking distance to attractions but still in a quiet area.

I loved the charming decor and unique ambiance of Antica Dimora Johlea. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views, making breakfast truly memorable. The hosts were attentive and incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The room was cozy, with a comfortable four-poster bed and traditional decor that added to the overall experience. However, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and I wish there were ample bottled water in the room. The location is great, a quiet area yet within a reasonable walk to major attractions. Overall, I felt safe and welcomed, and I would definitely return.

Certain room sizes are shockingly small, making it a challenge to open suitcases comfortably!!! Noise levels are inconsistent, particularly from the street and thin walls, disrupting overall relaxation. Some updates and maintenance are needed as well!!!

I enjoyed my stay with an awesome rooftop terrace and a wonderful breakfast every morning, but the lighting on the stairs at night was a bit tricky. I'd definitely stay here again!

The rooftop terrace gave us amazing views while sipping morning coffee. The beds were super comfy, and we appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. The hosts were friendly and shared great dining tips. We enjoyed the close proximity to attractions, including the Duomo and Mercato Centrale.

This was a smart choice for a fleeting stay in Florence with good price-quality ratio. The rooftop garden was perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views of the city. Make sure to sample the fresh croissants at breakfast!
